Western Region Waste Recycling Centre (WRWRC) is a new 7-day-a-week waste recycling facility located in Maddingley, close to Bacchus Marsh in Melbourne’s outer west.
The centre is a one-stop drop-off point for most of your household and trades related waste and recycling. We can provide assistance with unloading if required (price on application).
A new 4000m2 fully undercover facility has been constructed to provide affordable recycling for household and commercial hard waste, including general waste, garden and green waste, cardboard, steel and electronic waste (e-waste).
The facility has been purpose built to make it as convenient and fast as possible to drop-off household and industrial waste, and to allow visitors to sort their waste into bins, which reduces overhead costs. These savings contribute to reduced tip costs.
Undercover drop-off bays make it comfortable to drop your waste material, no matter what the weather does. Pay no heed to rain, hail, wind or heat with our undercover bays.
Our 10 large fully concreted bays can fit 20 cars at a time. They also provide ready access for utes, trailers of all sizes, and even small trucks. The site also has a large carpark for cars and trailers, utes and small trucks.
Cardboard and steel can be dropped off free of charge.

Green Waste Recycling
At the southern end of the facility is our green waste area, where garden waste, etc, can be unloaded. Green waste is mulched on-site and is available for garden beds.
